Buckley appealing the nonresponse of the Hingham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 9, 2025 Mr. Buckley requested “[B]ody-worn camera footage of officer #2587 during incident #25-51149 on 07/30/2025 at around 1929 [hours]. I am requesting the footage from officer #2587 from 1915 [hours] through 1940 [hours] on that date[.]” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records Mr. Buckley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3194, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Buckley with a response dated October 29, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
