See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 29, 2025, Mr. Lang requested, “... all emails sent from eight town officials (Select Board members, Town Manager, and Chair of the Affordable Housing Trust) containing the terms ‘Lowell St’ or ‘68-44’.” Mr. Lang advised that the Town retrieved 3,012 emails and he received only 1,283 emails, with the remainder withheld as ‘non-relevant’. Mr. Lang now requests the remainder of withheld emails. The Town responded on October 30, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Lang petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/2994, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town sent a further response to Mr. Lang on November 14, 2025. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s October 30, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lang may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s November 14th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
