See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 27, 2025, Mr. Ferretti requested a “scan of the death certificate of [an identified individual].” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Ferretti petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3238, was opened as a result. In an email correspondence to this office on November 5, 2025, Mr. Ferretti states “I whereby withdraw the complaint.” In light of Mr. Ferretti’s November 5th correspondence, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
