Anderson Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Division of Professional Licensure (Division) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 5, 2025, Mr. Anderson requested the following: [1] Any/all information on License of [an identified individual], to include investigations; [2] Any/all information on [an identified] LICSW[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Anderson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3248, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Division was notified of this request on November 4, 2025. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Division intends on providing a written response to Mr. Anderson. Accordingly, the Division is ordered to provide Mr. Anderson with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
