Johnson appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 10, 2025, Mr. Johnson requested the following records related to a referenced Request for Information (RFI): 1. A list of individuals including state employees, consultants, guests, general public and privately held, non-profit, not for profit and/or publicly traded business entity representatives who gave input and/or worked on the conceptualizing, researching, developing and/or creating of the above referenced RFI[;] 2. A list of all respondents to the above referenced RFI[;] 3. All documents submitted by respondents to the above referenced RFI. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Johnson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3256, was opened as a result.
