See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 6, 2025, Mr. Couture requested, “...body-worn or dash cam footage, if available, showing Fairhaven officers encountering [an identified individual] in the area of Rt 6 and Rt 240 in Fairhaven on 10/4/2025 approx 23:55 hours.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Couture petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3286, was opened as a result. In an email dated November 18, 2024, Mr. Couture informed this office that “the Fairhaven Police Department provided the requested records today 11/18. There is no further need for review.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
