See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 15, 2025, Mr. Thurston requested the following records: [1] Any records showing the announced, ticketed, paid, or scanned attendance for the event. [2] Any building settlement reports, event summaries, or communications between UMass Lowell, Tsongas Center staff, or event organizers (including TNA Wrestling or Anthem Sports) concerning attendance or ticket sales for the event. UMass Lowell responded on October 31, 2025. Unsatisfied with UMass Lowell’s response, Mr. Thurston petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3290, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that UMass Lowell sent a supplemental response to Mr. Thurston on November 7, 2025. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of UMass Lowell’s October 31, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Thurston may appeal the substantive nature of UMass Lowell’s November 7th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
