See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 9, 2025, Mr. Bono requested the following records: [1] All vending permits issued by the City of Boston for the address of . . . from 2000 until present[;] [2] All applications for vending permits submitted to the City of Boston, Massachusetts (either new or renewal) from 2000 until present. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Bono petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3318, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Bono with a response on November 12, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bono may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
