See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 15, 2025, Mr. Herman requested, “... copies of any and all agreements and memoranda of understanding executed by the City Of Boston with any and all of the entities participating in Boston Family Days in 2025.” The City responded on November 17, 2025, and assigned the request reference number R004511-090225. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/3399, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City sent a further response to Mr. Herman on November 21, 2025. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 21st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
