See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 15, 2025, Mr. Herman requested “copies of any and all records containing evaluations of the Boston Family Days in 2025.” The City responded to Mr. Herman’s request on November 17, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office, and this appeal SPR25/3421, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the City provided Mr. Herman with a supplemental response on November 20, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 17, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 20, 2025 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
