See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 18, 2025, Mr. Chritson requested: … records associated with the incident that occurred on October 21, 2025, that involves [an identified individual] or is associated with [an identified individual], who is the identified victim in this matter—including all records in audio, physical, electronic, or any other format—that are in the possession, custody, or control of the Boston Police Department and/or the City of Boston. Additionally, please also identify and release the following responsive records: [1] 911 dispatch records, recordings, and communications; [2] Radio transmissions and communications; [3] Audio recordings of oral communications; [4] Reports, documents, papers, and emails; [5] Communications made or received by personnel of the Boston Police Department. The Department responded on November 19, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Chritson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3429, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Chritson with a further response on December 2, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s November 19, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
