G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Elan Pavlov. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On November 4, 2025, Mr. Pavlov requested “all emails sent or received by [two identified individuals] on their municipal email accounts (…cambridgema.gov, ...@cambridgema.gov) between Nov 1st 2019 and [N]ov 30th 2020. Please include all attachments.” Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to the City and this office on November 19, 2025, Mr. Pavlov stated, “…I will suffice with the 3 days worth of initial records from the 18th of Nov 2019 to the 20th of Nov 2019.” In light of the decision to modify the scope of the request, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the City’s petition at this time.
