See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). September 23rd Request [1] Evaluation forms for the evaluation of the respondents to the RFQ[;] [2] Copy of the response of Poweroptions to the RFQ[.] November 12th Request On November 12, 2025, Ms. Stanley resubmitted her request for “[e]valuation forms for the evaluation of the respondents to the RFQ[.]” The City responded to the first request on September 23, 2025 and September 29, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Ms. Stanley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3522, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. Stanley with a supplemental response on December 4, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s September 23, 2025 and September 29, 2025 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Stanley may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s December 4, 2025 response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
