See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 6, 2025, Mr. Lundgren requested: 1. Any and all budgets and financial statements from the former Division of Corporate, Continuing, and Distance Education for the last 4 fiscal years it was in operation. 2. Any budgets and financial statements specifically for the operation of the former Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies degree completion program. 3. Any written communications to or from university administrators or ranking faculty (deans, department chairs, etc.) with faculty, staff and/or any part of the state government, regarding the closure of the former Division of Corporate, Continuing, and Distance Education. 4. Any documents detailing the number of enrolled students in the Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies degree completion program in the former Division of Corporate, Continuing, and Distance Education, during any time of the program’s operation. 5. Any organizational charts, phone lists, email lists, or faculty & staff directories published for the former Division of Corporate, Continuing, and Distance Education. Matthew Fenlon SPR25/3548 Page 2 December 11, 2025 Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Lundgren petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3548, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Mr. Lundgren with a response on December 8, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
