See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 6, 2025, Mr. Hammond requested: [1] All written correspondence of emails letters or any form of communication From EL AL Israel airlines for the period Jan 1st, 2020, thru Dec 31st, 2021. [2] All written communication from any other party for the period Jan 1st 2020 thru Sept 6th 2025, where EL AL is mentioned. [3] All written communication from Atty . . . of Jackson and Lewis law firm or anyone else at that firm or other law firm. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hammond petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3595, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Authority has provided a response. Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Mr. Hammond with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Hammond may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
