Unsatisfied with the School’s responses, Ms. Pacy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/3678, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. Pacy with a supplemental response on December 19, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s October 27, 2025 and October 30, 2025 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
