See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In seven separate requests, Mr. Webb requested the following: SPR25/3813 On December 3, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “[a] report made by [an identified individual], [an identified incident number], January 31st 2024. . .[.]” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number P081034-120525 to this request. SPR25/3822 On December 3, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “cell phone video and police report of [an identified incident]. Also provide me with all videos and police report associated with this particular incident including the times officers lied that they saw the man punch officers.” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number P080862-120325 to this request. SPR25/3824 On December 3, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “Records from the Quality Of Life taskforce coordinating or planning the encampment sweep November 29th 2025[.]” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number W080836-120325 to this request. SPR25/3830 On November 26, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “BOPS investigation into [an identified individual] for pushing [an identified individual] to the ground after he was handcuffed[.]” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number P080633-112625 to this request. SPR25/3831 On November 26, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “BOPS investigation into [an identified individual] from when he tackled a black man for free speech 6/30 [.]” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number P080626-112625 to this request. SPR25/3835 On November 25, 2025, Mr. Webb requested, “[f]ootage from [an identified individual] at the response to [an identified incident][.]” It is my understanding that the City assigned reference number P080547-112525 to this request. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Webb petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR25/3813, SPR25/3822, SPR25/3824, SPR25/3826, SPR25/3830, SPR25/3831, and SPR25/3835 were opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of these appeals, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response(s). Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Webb with a response(s) to his requests, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response(s) must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
