See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 24, 2025, Ms. Lynn requested, “…all records related to PHA’s response to the dog-bite incident involving a PHA employee, including any incident handling, follow-up, or enforcement actions.” The Authority provided a response on November 24, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Lynn petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0003, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Lynn with a further response on January 2, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s November 24th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lynn may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s January 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
