See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 13, 2025, Mr. Marino requested, “... all Bureau of Professional Standards investigation reports related to a civilian complaint from [an identified individual].” The City responded on December 3, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Marino petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR26/0026, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City sent a further response to Mr. Marino on January 20, 2026. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s December 3, 2025 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Marino may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s January 20th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
