G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Brian DeLacey, of Malden News Network. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On December 23, 2025, Mr. DeLacey requested: [1] …[R]ecords created, sent to, or received from any division or agency of the State of Massachusetts for new, renewed, approved, denied, discontinued, sale, change of name, change of license type, or change of ownership in Malden liquor licenses. [2] …[R]ecords of Malden’s Licensing board created, sent to, or received from any applicant for new, renewed, approved, denied, discontinued, sale, change of name, change of license type, or change of ownership in Malden liquor licenses. It is my understanding the City assigned this request reference number #2025-0446.
