Coleman appealing the response of the Boston Police Department (Department/BPD) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). See SPR25/3647 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (December 24, 2025) and SPR25/3847 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 7, 2026). In my January 7th determination, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Coleman with a supplemental response on December 31, 2025. The Department further responded on January 2, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Coleman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0103, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Coleman with a supplemental response on January 21, 2026, including additional responsive records. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s January 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Coleman may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s January 21st response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
