See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 3, 2025, Mr. Webb requested “[r]ecords from the Quality Of Life taskforce coordinating or planning the encampment sweep November 29th 2025[.]” Previous Appeal The requested records were the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR25/3824 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 9, 2026). In my January 9th determination, I ordered the City to provide Mr. Webb a response to his request. The City responded on December 3, 2025 and January 8, 2026, and assigned reference number W080836-120325 to this request. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Webb petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0107, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Webb with a supplemental response on January 12, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s December 3rd and January 8th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Webb may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s January 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
