See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 26, 2025, Mr. Webb requested “[a]ll WPD reports for the stop where [an identified individual’s] 4th amendment rights were violated in an unreasonable search.” On December 27, 2025, Mr. Webb modified his request to seek “[t]he BWC for an officer who peformed the illict [sic] search of [an identified individual]. If there are multiple ones, please provide them[.]” The City responded on November 26, 2025 and December 15, 2025, and assigned reference number P080629-112625 to this request. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Webb petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0108, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Webb with a supplemental response on January 12, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 26, 2025 and December 15, 2025 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Webb may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s January 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
