See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 28, 2025, Mr. Webb requested “the call to dispatch complaining about the city approved muralist.” The City responded on January 13, 2026, assigning the request reference number P081982-122825. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Webb petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0140, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a further response on January 28, 2026. Where this appeal was opened based on the City’s January 13, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Webb may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s January 28th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
