See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 30, 2025, Mr. Ripley requested: [1] The Video audio records, & information for the incidents on Thursday, December 4th & Thursday, December 11th 2025. On Bat Buses in which the bus drivers refused to properly secure the wheelchair of [identified individual]. [2] Information & records of the steps BAT took or initiated to address the violation of the (ADA) Americans with Disability Act including any disciplinary actions. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Ripley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0157, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Mr. Ripley with a response on January 15, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ripley may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
