See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 21, 2025, Ms. Motta requested, [C]opies of all video and audiovisual recordings created, received, or maintained by the Massachusetts State Police in connection with my arrest and detention on December 19, [Year], in Millbury, Massachusetts. Allison Mondello SPR26/0286 Page 2 February 4, 2026 the barracks until the moment I exited[;] [6] Any associated logs or metadata identifying: [Troopers involved][;] [Camera numbers][;] [Recording times][;] [Incident or case numbers][;] [Any retention, deletion, or redaction notes related to these recordings[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Motta petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0286, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Motta with a response dated February 2, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
