See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 6, 2026, Ms. Filiault requested, “…any incidences that occurred from the year 2001 to 2006 under [an identified individual’s] name or the residence of … Sunnyside Terrace, Wilbraham [M]ass….” The Town responded on February 6, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Filiault petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0417, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Filiault with a further response on February 17, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s February 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Filiault may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s February 17th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
