See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 20, 2026, Ms. D’Intino requested “… a copy of the final Certificate of Occupancy for the Senior Center at 451 Elm Street North Attleboro, MA 02760 that would have been issued sometime between December 13, 2024 through January 14, 2025.” The Department responded on February 5, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. D’Intino petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0451, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. D’Intino with a supplemental response on February 12, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s February 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. D’Intino may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s February 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
