Milne Assistant Director Hudson Housing Authority 8 Brigham Circle Hudson, MA 01749 Dear Mr. Milne: I have received the petition of Kristine Demarco appealing the nonresponse of the Hudson Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 21, 2026, Ms. Demarco requested the following: [R]ecords of the purchase of the new maintenance truck that was talked about in November’s budget meeting. I would like the records on the purchase on the federal side of this new vehicle the insurance, the gas and all the federal regulations that are supposed to be followed in regards to this brand new maintenance truck the federal side of things where the state is not funding the purchase of this truck[.] Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Demarco petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0466, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Ms. Demarco with a response on February 9, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Demarco may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
