See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 5, 2026, Ms. Foley requested “redacted PRS 14305 and the CAP that was to be completed on 12/19/2025.” The Department responded on February 5, 2026, assigning the request reference number P005172-020526. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Foley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0496, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided a further response on February 11, 2026. Where this appeal was opened based on the Department’s February 5, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Foley may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s February 11th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
