See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 13, 2025. Mr. Spencer made a request for the “receipt of the last time [an identified individual] had contact with intercontinental hotel if any for the last 2 months[.]” Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR26/0277 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 6, 2026). In my February 6th determination, I found that it was unclear whether the Commission had provided a response. The Commission responded on February 20, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Spencer petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0609, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided a supplemental response to Mr. Spencer on March 4, 2026. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s February 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Spencer may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s March 4th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
