See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 12, 2026, Ms. Langlois requested the following: [1] Selectboard minutes from October 28, 2020[;] [2] Selectboard minutes from November 15, 2021[;] [3] Under the Open Meeting Law (G.L. c. 30A, § 22) could you please also provide the Executive Session minutes from[:] [a] October 10, 2020[;] [b] October 19, 2020[;] [c] December 7, 2020[.] The Town responded on February 22, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Langlois petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0620, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Langlois with a supplemental response on March 10, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s February 22, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Langlois may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s March 10th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
