The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records March 5, 2026 SPR26/0627 Madaline Bonadies Town Clerk Town of Southbridge 41 Elm Street Southbridge, MA 01550 Dear Ms. Bonadies: I have received the petition of Julia Ducey appealing the response of the Town of Southbridge (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 18, 2026, Ms. Ducey requested, “2026 full liquor license application for Cohasse Country Club including cashed check.” The Town responded on February 24, 2026, assigning the request reference number 2026-0047 and providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Ducey petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0627, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided further responses on February 26, 2026 and March 5, 2026. Where this appeal was opened based on the Town’s February 24, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Ducey may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s February 26th and March 5th responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Julia Ducey Gayle Raducha One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832 • Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
