See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2026, Mr. Eledroos requested: [1] [100] randomly chosen police reports from 2025 for the following crimes: motor vehicle related incidents, shoplifting, petit larceny, drug possession, and drug possession with intent to distribute. I would prefer cases that resulted in an arrest, and closed/disposed cases where available[;] [2] I would also like to request the corresponding body-worn camera footage for each of those incidents, where available[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Eledroos petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0724, was opened as a result.
