See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 17, 2026, Ms. DaSilva requested “all Dartmouth Public Schools financial records from FY18–FY26 reflecting any payments, reimbursements, stipends, or benefits coded to Job Class Code 1215 or to the MEPID associated with [an identified individual][.]’” Specifically, Ms. DaSilva sought the following: [1] [A]ny PD reimbursements[;] [2] [T]uition reimbursements [;] [3] [C]oursework payments [;] [4] [A]ny other financial benefits processed through HR or finance systems using job‑code or MEPID‑based coding [;] [5] [A]ny internal communications regarding the search or withholding[;] [6] [A]ll supporting documentation associated with any withheld or partially withheld records[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. DaSilva petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0773, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the subject matter of this request and the issues raised in Ms. DaSilva’s appeal are similar to those addressed in SPR26/0767 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 16, 2026). In my March 16th determination, I learned on March 10, 2026, that the School confirmed that it does not possess records responsive to Ms. DaSilva’s request. If Ms. DaSilva is not satisfied with the resolution of the administrative appeal, please be advised that this office shares jurisdiction with the Superior Court of the Commonwealth. See G.
