The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records March 20, 2026 SPR26/0794 Hanne Rush, Esq. Assistant Attorney General Records Access Officer Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place, 20th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Rush: I have received the petition of Mary Hull appealing the response of the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2026, Ms. Hull requested, “…the phone call notes and any other correspondence that includes [an identified individual] and/or The Monson Thrift Store / and Community Outreach Center, from September 01, 2024-February 10, 2026.” The AGO responded on February 25, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Hull petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0794, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the AGO provided a supplemental response to Ms. Hull on March 20, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the AGO’s February 25th, response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hull may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO’s March 20th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Mary Hull One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
