Feodoroff, Esq., of Mead, Talerman & Costa, LLC, appealing the response of the Town of Northborough (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 22, 2026, Attorney Feodoroff requested the following records: [1] Copies of all communications, letters, e-mails, text messages and telephone records by and between any Selectperson and/or any Town Official about environmental test results at the site located at 61-65 Main Street, Northborough, MA, from August 1, 2022 to January 15, 2026. [2] Copies of all communications, letters, e-mails, text messages and telephone records by and between any Selectperson and any Environmental individual from PAR Construction and/or the Town’s LSP as to the site located at 61-65 Main Street, Northborough, MA, from August 1, 2022 to January 15, 2026. [3] Copies of all documents, letters, e-mails, text messages and telephone records by and between any Selectperson and any Town Official including the Town Administrator, and any Selectperson as to the complaint made by [identified] Selectperson against the Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief related to information provided about the new Fire Station located at 61-65 Main Street, Northborough, MA, between November 1, 2025 and January 15, 2026. On March 10, 2026, Attorney Feodoroff stated, “[a]fter further discussion with counsel, we limited our request to a period of one year.” The Town responded on January 30, 2025 and March 2, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Attorney Feodoroff petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0845, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town sent a further response to Attorney Feodoroff on March 23, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s January 30th and March 2nd responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
