G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Department furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Marion E. Mannai, Esq., of Boyle Shaughnessy Law PC. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L.c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On March 6, 2026, 2025, Attorney Mannai requested, “[c]opies of all documents in the possession or control of the Dartmouth Police Department related to the November 20, 2023, incident involving [identified companies], where [an identified individual], was left on a school bus unattended.” Subsequently, in an email sent to the Department on March 11, 2026, Arianna Cannistraro, a paralegal from Boyle Shaughnessy Law PC, stated that “I grant permission to charge the fees.” In light of the above, I find it unnecessary to opine on the Department’s fee petition.
