See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 4, 2026, Attorney Nykorchuk requested, “[c]opies of all emails between the DPW and [an identified individual] in the last month.” The City responded on February 19, 2026 and March 11, 2026. Unsatisfied with the responses, Attorney Nykorchuk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0876, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Attorney Nykorchuk with a supplemental response on March 19, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s February 19, 2026 and March 11, 2026 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Nykorchuk may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s March 19th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
