See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 27, 2026, Ms. Souza requested, “[t]he last two months of emails for planning board member to [an identified individual].” The Town responded on March 13, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Souza petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0911, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Souza with a supplemental response on March 23, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s March 13, 2026 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Souza may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s March 23rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
