Karen Read[,] Docket # 2282CR00117[.] I request the following specific records(s): Collection of Camera Footage from B’Nai Tikvah[,] [f]ound in Commonwealth’s Notice of Discovery I[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sharkey petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0922, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Sharkey with a response dated March 17, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sharkey may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
