Joanne Perperian SPR26/0965 Page 2 April 1, 2026 request. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, the requestor petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR26/0965, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a further response to the requestor and this office on April 1, 2026. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that the requestor has appealed the April 1st response, resulting in a new appeal which is currently being reviewed by this office. Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Commonwealth Transparency
