See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 28, 2026, the requestor sought the following records between December 1, 2025 and March 2, 2026: [1] All bills and/or invoices and or statements received from any of the following companies/corporations[:] [A] Republic Services, Inc.[;] [B] Allied Waste Services of Massachusetts, LLC[;] [C] Republic Services of Revere[;] [D] Republic Services of Holbrook[;] [E] Republic 623 Landfill, Inc.[;] [2] All payments made to any of the following companies/corporations[:] [A] Republic Services, Inc.[;] [B] Allied Waste Services of Massachusetts, LLC[;] [C] Republic Services of Revere[;] [D] Republic Services of Holbrook[;] [E] Republic 623 Landfill, Inc.[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/0969, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided the requestor with a response on March 19, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
