See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 26, 2026, Mr. Hubbard requested the following: [1] All submissions by members of the public, including parents and faculty, to the Board of Trustees from October 1, 2025 to the present, including public comment, complaints, letters, and electronic communications. For purposes of this request, please make sure to include the October 2025 and January 2026 letters from faculty that were referenced during comments at the February 25, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting. [2] All documents submitted to and considered by either the Executive Committee or the Board of Trustees as part of their meetings from October 1, 2025 to the present. This request includes all documents specifically referenced in meeting minutes pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, and specifically includes all Director Reports submitted to the Board during this time period and the “90 Day Plan” which was presented during the February 25, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hubbard petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1034, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the School has provided a response. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Mr. Hubbard with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
