Copy of MSP, Internal Investigation Report on [an identified individual] (received redacte [sic] from MSP)[;] [2] E-mail from [an identified individual] dated October 25, 2024 (2) pgs[.] SPR26/1051 [Records] [f]ound in Commonwealths Notice of Discovery XLVII[:] [1] Copy of Letter from [an identified individual] of Canton Police Department dated 8/21/24 (1 page)[;] [2] Copy of … materials pursuant to G.L, c. 66, §10, the Massachusetts Public Records Law[.] SPR26/1052 [Records] [f]ound in Commonwealths Notice of Discovery XXVI[:] [1] Copy of Massachusetts State Police, Automated Vehicle Locator information for MSP[;] [2] Copy of Massachusetts State Police, General Order ADM-19B, Automated Vehicle Locator[;] [3] Copy of recording of [an identified individual] related to MSP report #76[.] Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sharkey petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR26/1047, SPR26/1048, SPR26/1049, SPR26/1050, SPR26/1051, and SPR26/1052, were opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of these appeals, it remains unclear whether the Office has provided a response(s). Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide Mr. Sharkey with a response(s) to his requests, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
