See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 26, 2026, Mr. Shein requested the following: 1. Existing Revenue Reports or Summaries Any existing records, reports, spreadsheets, data summaries, or accounting documents reflecting revenue received from filings relating to Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), including but not limited to: • LLC Certificates of Organization (formation filings) • LLC Annual Reports • LLC Reinstatements • LLC Amendments (including name changes) • Expedited or online filing fees associated with LLC filings This request is limited to records that already exist and does not require the creation of a new record. 2. Filing Counts and Revenue Tracking Any existing records reflecting: • The number of LLC filings per fiscal year by filing type; and • Any records reflecting revenue received from those filing categories. If revenue is tracked using internal revenue codes, object codes, or similar accounting classifications, please provide any documentation identifying those codes and describing what filing types they correspond to. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Division provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Shein on April 9, 2026. As this appeal was opened based on the Division’s March 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Shein may further appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s April 9th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
