See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 23, 2026, Ms. Sirois requested “a copy of the Requisition Form and accompanying correspondence from the department with regard to the Assistant Treasurer position [and] a copy of this approved requisition form.” The Office responded on March 26, 2026. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Ms. Sirois petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1179, was opened as a result. In a subsequent email to this office on April 7, 2026, Ms. Sirois informed this office that she wishes to withdraw her appeal and stated, “[t]his information requested has been furnished.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
