See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 18, 2026, Attorney Kuhs requested: [1] A roster of the Lynnfield Police Department[;] [2] An organization chart of the Lynnfield Police Department[;] [3] A copy of any records, including but not limited to police reports and booking sheets, pertaining to investigations into firearms offenses and confiscations by Lynnfield Police officers since 1/1/2025[;] [and] [4] Dates of employment for [identified officers][.] The Department responded on March 23, 2026 and March 24, 2026. Unsatisfied with the responses, Attorney Kuhs petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1197, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided Attorney Kuhs with a further response on April 9, 2026. In an email to this office on April 9th, Attorney Kuhs stated, “I had a very productive conversation with [the Department]. Further appeal is not necessary.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
