See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2026, Mr. Summers requested, “[a]ll records concerning the evaluation, scoring, recommendation, and approval of awards made under the Create Cambridge ARPA grant program.” The Department responded on February 12, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Summers petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1214, was opened as a result. In an email correspondence on April 14, 2026, Mr. Summers informed this office that he received the responsive records, and wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
