Mark Panagiotakos Administrative Division Sergeant Lawrence Police Department 90 Lowell Street Lawrence, MA 01840 Dear Sergeant Panagiotakos: I have received the petition of Jill Vaglica appealing the response of the Lawrence Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 31, 2026, Ms. Vaglica requested, “. . . any corresponding booking sheets.” The Department responded on April 2, 2026. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Vaglica petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR26/1216, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Vaglica with a further response on April 8, 2026. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s April 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Vaglica may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s April 8th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
